Operational Turnaround

Situation

Operational performance has deteriorated over time. Productivity is below expectations, delivery performance is unstable and management lacks a common view of the root causes and priorities.

Assignment

An experienced Interim Operations Leader is brought in with a clear mandate to assess the situation, stabilise operations and establish a structured turnaround programme.

The first phase focuses on understanding the operation, identifying the critical performance constraints and establishing clear leadership routines.

The second phase concentrates on execution, including productivity improvement, capacity management, organisational accountability and cross-functional coordination.

Typical impact

Management receives an independent operational assessment, clear priorities and stronger execution discipline, creating the foundation for sustainable performance improvement.
