We provide people with proven experience from comparable roles, situations and business environments.
Long-term commitment
Our responsibility does not end with the introduction or appointment. We remain involved throughout an Interim or Project assignment and beyond a Permanent Search appointment.
For Interim and Project assignments this includes ongoing coordination, commercial administration and replacement guarantee throughout the agreed assignment period.
For Permanent Search this includes onboarding, follow-up and a 12 or 18 month replacement guarantee.

FG&P works with a selected network of experienced Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations leaders whom we know personally, qualify carefully and stay in contact with over time.
They may be career Interim Executives, senior leaders between permanent roles, or experienced executives pursuing a portfolio career.

Personally led
FG&P is personally led by Frank Godbersen, who stays directly involved in client assignments and in building the firm's network across Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations.
Clients work with one senior point of contact from the first discussion through selection, assignment and follow-up.
Frank Godbersen has worked across Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations for 20+ ers and with executive recruitment and senior leadership networks for 8 years.
Through both FG&P and his broader work in the leadership think tank, he has built long-term relationships with senior executives across Danish and Nordic companies.
